The device consists of a semiconductor generator with an integrated transformer for high voltage generation and an easily replaceable roller electrode or comb electrode guided on rollers and the ground-carrying counter electrode plate.
The electrode has a connection for ozone extraction, which can also be used for process gas supply. A manual button is used to activate the high-voltage discharge. The electrodes can be easily replaced via a plug connection.

The compact CG 061 laboratory system has been designed for the corona pretreatment of conductive films of any thickness and for non-conductive films of up to 2mm of wall thickness. The device consists of a 19“ semiconductor generator with an integrated transformer to generate high voltage, a manual roller electrode and an earthed counter electrode plate.
The roller electrode has a connection for ozone extraction that can also be used to feed in process gases. In addition, you can swap the roller electrode for a rigid electrode for the alternative pretreatment of moulded parts.
Thanks to its compact footprint, the laboratory system is ideal for mobile corona pretreatment, for example, for analyses when visiting customers at their premises.
