Manual flame treatment<\/strong> is the economical solution for surface activation of small batches. In addition, the method is also suitable for determining the optimum treatment duration of new substrates in trials. This ensures optimum results in subsequent large-scale production.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The FTM device is preferably used for the treatment of plastic and metal moulded parts, but sheets and films can also be treated. In addition to the treatment of small batches<\/strong>, the device is also very well suited for trial, standby and repair operations<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Manual flame treatment device FTM<\/h3> \r\n \r\n <\/div>\n\n\n

The manual flame treatment device consists of a mobile, combined pneumatic and electrical housing<\/strong>, from which a 3-m-long hose leads to the burner. The burner is lightweight and has a piezoelectric ignition in the handle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The standard treatment width<\/strong> for manual flame treatment is 100 mm. For the treatment of grooves, we also offer a special round burner with a narrow and longer flame.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The air supply to the flame treatment system<\/a> is provided by a built-in fan, which allows stepless adjustment of the flame output<\/strong>. All signal lights for the operating states and buttons for power adjustment are located on the clear control panel<\/strong> on the front of the housing. A shelf for the burner and a balancer for hose fixing are available on request.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
