The Arcospot^® PGS 061P is used in the in-line treatment of moulded components, profiles, adhesive grooves and collapsible boxes. Treatment speeds of greater than 200 m/min can be accommodated. The treatment distance  to the surface is approximately 6-10 mm.
The unit comprises a semiconductor generator with external transformer to create the high voltage, as well as the electrode head for the spark discharge (plasma).
The connection between transformer and generator is designed as a plug connection. The electrode head is connected to the transformer via a hose that contains the high-voltage cable and the compressed air line.
The control electronics of the Arcospot are of a modular design, that is, the individual component groups of the generator are plug-in units. The connections for the signal inputs and outputs are terminated at plug connections (industrial standard) to enable control by an external system.

A unit with two electrode heads (Arcospot^® PGS062P) can also be supplied.
